Gadgets are free applications that personalize your Windows Live portal page – so that every time you hop online you can see the things most important to you in one place. They add customized information on topics that you specify, like stock performance and sports scores, so you see exactly what you want to see every time you visit.
1. Go to qwest.live.com and look for “Add a gadget.”
2. Choose from the list of popular gadgets.
3. When you see a gadget you want, highlight it and click "Add."
4. You can customize the look and function of any gadget.
• Customize it with the Edit drop-down menu.
• Click on the header to move it to your desired location.
• Toggle between normal and minimized views
• Click on the “X” to remove it at any time.
